APRILTSI’S WARMEST WEEKEND
Cold air.
Hot rakia.
One enormous table.
This beloved winter festival fills Novo Selo with smoke from open fires, Bulgarian song, dancing and the smell of recipes built for cold mountain days.
Local producers bring cured meats, honey, preserves and rakia. Cooks compete, folklore groups take the stage and visitors join a celebration that is proudly generous, slightly rowdy and unmistakably Apriltsi.
WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
